Peter Jackson
CEO and CTO
Peter is the CEO and CTO of Kahootz and is primarily responsible for overseeing the company’s short and long-term business strategy and architecting and managing the development of Kahootz, our cloud collaboration service.
During his leadership, Kahootz has become a key system for over 120 client organisations such as the Ministry of Defence, the National Health Service and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Before starting Kahootz, Peter was a founder of SmartGroups.com, a pioneering social networking website that was sold to FreeServe in 2000 for £60 million.
Outside of work, Peter is certainly active! He enjoys taking part in adventure sports such as gliding, skiing, mountain biking and rock climbing. He’s also not averse to the occasional parachute and bungee jump!
John Glover
Sales and Marketing Director
John joined Kahootz in 2003 as our Sales and Marketing Director. His wide-ranging role includes business development, marketing strategy, sales management and thought leadership. One of John’s key ambitions is to increase the adoption of cloud collaboration to enable new ways of working in both the private and public sectors.
As the company’s main contact for the UK Government’s G-Cloud programme, he is regularly asked to comment on opportunities for UK tech SMEs and industry trends by the Cabinet Office and by leading online publications in the tech sector.
Prior to Kahootz, John was previously a founder of the award-winning TM, the conveyancing industry’s first one-stop-shop for online property searches.
In his spare time, John enjoys playing golf in the summer, skiing in the winter and watching Watford FC…..when they win.

Head of Defence Innovation
Luca joined Kahootz in February 2017 as a Business Development Manager, and is responsible for building on our existing relationships with organisations in the aerospace and defence markets.

Outside of work, Luca enjoys snowboarding and is an amateur pilot. He also likes travelling and recently completed the 30before30 challenge (to visit 30 countries before the age of 30) and is now trying to complete the A-Z challenge of visiting a country for each letter of the alphabet.
