We’re always working to make Kahootz more intuitive and efficient for your teams. This release brings several improvements that simplify how you manage files, view folders, and work with databases—plus the usual behind-the-scenes enhancements to keep everything running smoothly.
New Table View for Folders
You can now switch to a Table View when browsing folders. This layout presents items in a clean, sortable table—making it easier to scan, compare, and organise your content. Sort by name, date, or type to quickly find what you need.
This update is especially useful for workspaces with large numbers of documents or mixed content types.
Upload Files Faster
Uploading files is one of the most common actions in Kahootz, so we’ve made it quicker. Instead of going through the “Create New Item” flow, you’ll now see a dedicated Upload button for uploading files.
- Upload – Takes you straight to the file upload screen.
- Create New Item – Opens a dropdown with your familiar item types (e.g. document, survey, database).
This change reduces clicks and helps users get their files into Kahootz faster.
Download All Survey Attachments
If your surveys allow file uploads, you’ll love this new time-saver. You can now download all attachments from survey responses in one go—no more clicking through each response individually.
This makes it much easier to collect and review submitted files, especially for large surveys or compliance workflows.
Database Enhancement: Display Deleted Users
We’ve improved how deleted users appear in databases. Previously, if a user was removed from a site, their name would disappear from user-type columns. Now, deleted users will still be displayed—marked clearly—so your records remain complete and understandable.
This ensures better data integrity and transparency, especially in audit trails and historical records.
Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements
As always, we’ve made a range of behind-the-scenes fixes and optimisations to keep Kahootz fast, secure, and reliable.
Until Next Time
That’s everything for this release. We hope these updates make your day-to-day work in Kahootz even smoother. We’re already working on what’s next—so keep an eye out for more improvements coming your way soon.
