Leading secure software provider Kahootz has today announced the appointment of Luca Leone as its new CEO. Luca brings a wealth of experience to the role having worked with Kahootz since 2017 where he has advised on Defence and Growth strategy and then latterly as their Chief Commercial Officer.
This appointment marks another major milestone for the company following their acquisition by Jonas Software, part of the $90Bn Constellation Software Group, earlier this year (May 2024).
Kahootz is a leading software provider to a variety of key public and private sector organisations and is looking to build on this existing product offering with a series of exciting announcements in the coming year. Since their acquisition the team has continued to grow and has announced plans to double again over the next two years.
Already underpinning critical programmes across a broad range of Government departments such as the NHS, Cabinet Office and Ministry of Defence, alongside some of the world’s largest private sector contractors, Kahootz provides a vital, secure way of sharing information, building stakeholder networks and sharing best practice across organisations, including at high classifications.
Luca Leone, CEO of Kahootz said:
“I am delighted to be able to take on this position, particularly in a time of such exciting, accelerated growth for the company. Having worked with Kahootz for the last seven years, I have seen first-hand how the tried and tested solution has been used by customers to accelerate some of the most complex programmes critical to everything from national security, to improved health outcomes.”
“In a time where collaboration between distributed teams is becoming more and more prevalent, the need to do so in an efficient, but also secure way becomes more pressing. As a proud British SME Kahootz is uniquely positioned to support critical national organisations to build networks, share, collaborate, and innovate.”
If you would like to know more about Kahootz they will be hosting a Conference on Wednesday 6 November in London. Please get in touch for a link to registration.
