ADS Group and Kahootz partner to deliver affordable OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE platforms to SMEs
ADS Group and Kahootz to offer a package for SMEs to share data safely and securely as enterprises scale to support UK Defence.
5th May 2026, London: ADS Group, the UK trade association advancing leadership in aerospace, defence, security and space, and Kahootz, the leading UK provider of secure cloud collaboration platforms, are partnering to provide a new way for SMEs to share OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE information at reduced cost.
SMEs are the backbone of the UK economy, and as the defence industry continues to rapidly scale, British entrepreneurs need to be able to share information safely and securely. Through ADS’ and Kahootz’s partnership, SMEs will be able to purchase OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE platforms for individual users rather than bulk groups, saving smaller businesses money as they work with the Ministry of Defence.
Kahootz is already trusted across government and was used to support cross-stakeholder communication and delivery for thousands of projects: including the 2025 Strategic Defence Review; the ‘Defence Share’ platform supporting The National Armaments Director (NAD) Group; and for Project Crenic, supporting cross-industry development of crucial life-saving protective technologies against IEDs.
UK Defence is changing, and SMEs are evolving to make defence an engine for growth and support national resilience. Kahootz and ADS are enabling this mission by making it easier for SMEs operating in the UK to share data safely and securely – affordably.
Luca Leone, CEO of Kahootz, said: “Kahootz is partnering with ADS to back SMEs’ growth and contribution to UK Defence. We are committed to supporting the cornerstone of our economy and ensuring that British businesses can share OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE data as the UK comes under increasing cyberattacks.”
Harriet Wollerton, ADS Services Director, said:“At ADS, we are committed to understanding the unique priorities and challenges faced by our SME members, who make up 95% of our membership. SMEs play a vital role in underpinning the resilience and competitiveness of the UK’s supply chain, and we continue to develop services and resources tailored to their needs.
As a result, we are proud to be partnering with Kahootz to offer SMEs access to a secure, trusted and affordable platform, enabling them to collaborate more effectively with government and industry stakeholders. The lack of affordable, secure collaboration environments remains a significant barrier for many SMEs, including ADS. Kahootz supports our business activities, and we look forward to the opportunities this partnership will help unlock for our members.”
