Kahootz tops class for reliability, support and user satisfaction in Software Satisfaction Awards 2012


Kahootz online collaboration praised in independent survey

Following nomination as a finalist in the Social & Collaboration category by the SSA12 UK Business Software Industry Awards — and very nearly pipping the much larger software giant Salesforce to the top spot — results from an independent benchmarking survey show Kahootz has emerged as best of breed in terms of both reliability and quality of support. SSA12 (Software Satisfaction Awards 2012) recognition is the ultimate accolade for business software providers because more than 10,000 users decide the awards across 18 categories — and the new independent survey has revealed high levels of enthusiastic support for Kahootz’s cloud collaboration offering.

As part of the judging process, users were surveyed independently and anonymously about their use of the software — ensuring their responses to the panel were an honest reflection of their experience. Their responses combined to place Kahootz well above the benchmark standards for ‘reliability’, ‘levels of support’, ‘likelihood to recommend’ and ‘overall satisfaction with provider’.

Kahootz’s online collaboration software was particularly praised for its usability, excellence and support package. Highlights revealed as part of the judging process included customer feedback such as:
